Gill Newman, clerk to the trustees
Gill has been Clerk to the Trustees since 2016. She has seen the charity evolve each year to the benefit of the communities we aim to serve.
Gill has worked in the NHS for 34 years in Sheffield and across Yorkshire in a number of finance roles over the years and has recently retired.
Gill says – “In my spare time I can often be seen walking my Labradoodle, Brody and watching the local wildlife through my binoculars. I strongly believe that being outdoors and in nature in any capacity can have an amazing impact on both mental and physical health so the funding strategy for this latest round is very close to my heart!”
